Worst customers service of the world !!! Liars and robbers

Tap engineers do bullshits but for Tap they never do wrong things and customers service is completely useless.

One more time this game is unfair with players! Same event for all same rules but some rewards arent same. Chance is in cause! If you are lucky you always receive good rewards if you arent you receive little "crap" that Tap dare call rewards. Problem is that chance isnt same for all and this isnt normal ! I already wrote to Tap about this but nothing change.
