Terrible customer service

The game is good but when any problems arise the customer service is terrible. If you actually manage to get a reply you then need to prove and fight to even get their mistakes acknowledged. Then if you manage this its another battle to receive any kind of apology or compensation. Now with the latest update their isnt even a contact us option so you need to try and find this through their website.
This is the worst customer service ever....
