No help

I revised my 5 star rating down to 1 because I submitted several tickets with a question about joining an alliance I was invited to and was unable. Over a week later and still no response.
Also, if you want to do well, you basically have to spend a bunch of money on gems.
I spent years building cities and troops. The game allowed someone to wipe out 85% of my troops and left me unable to recover.
Ruined the game for me.
